Basic functions
AI solutions and classical image processing o hand in hand and thus offer high precision and flexibility. Direct differentiation between OK/NG with classification or the option to individually design the desired evaluation with different filters in a segmentation is up to you with this system. kim can effortlessly be integrated into any automation system, but can also be used as a test stand or laboratory device as a standlone application. The kim system consists of an industrial PC with up-to-date hardware, with or without GPU acceleration depending on the series. We will be happy to integrate connections to external databases and MES systems for you on request. The operation of the platform impresses with its simple and slim design. Image acquisition and subsequent evaluation is done by kim with just one click. Through intelligent data management and analysis, kim can help you optimise your processes and warn you in time of wear and tear in production. Simple Windows functions allow you to intuitively manage and monitor the training basics of the model at any time.

K-Series
kims lean version provides the foundation for any type of classification. Equipped with all the basic functions, kim can decide in seconds and support you in your daily quality control challenges. kim can distinguish form 2 up to 1000 different categories, products or sub-types when classifying. However, for segmentation tasks, the k-series is only recommended for tasks that are not cycle-time critical. This series has no graphics acceleration and is cheaper than the performant S-Series. If required, a training tool can be retrofitted.
S-Series
Segmentation tasks in less than a second pose no problem for kim S-Series. kim S-Series impresses with the highest computing power thanks to powerful graphic cards and the highes performance in the field of image processing. That's why this version of kim is always interesting when it comes to blazingly fast cycle times for classification and segmentation. As a basic function, the segmentation of defects on images to date contains 3 different features at the same time. These can be filtered by position, number, minimum and maximum size. Thus, you can always adapt the results of the AI to your requirements, even during runtime.
T-Series
Perfectly equipped for the future! Who can foresee all the demands you will want to handle with kim in the future? With kim T-Series, this will no longer be a problem. The software tool can be installed on any of the other kim series and offers the possibility to train new features and products yourself. However, depending on the training, this can be quite time-consuming, so we usually recommend integration the T-Series as another instance in your AI pool. Therewith you can also optimise and expand the capabilites of kim parallel to your production. One T-Series is sufficient to train and manage a large number of different models.Projects
